paperwork.

Terms of Service

Draft — under review. Not yet reviewed by legal counsel.

Last updated: 24 August 2026

These terms govern your use of paperwork, operated by GlueCode.

What paperwork is

paperwork helps you store, organise and complete document requirements — for

yourself, your family, and with businesses that request documents from you.

Automated checks tell you whether a document appears usable. They are

assistive: paperwork does not certify documents, does not guarantee that any

authority or business will accept them, and is not a government service.

Your account

You sign in with your phone number. You are responsible for keeping access to

that number secure. Sessions can be ended from the app.

Your content

Documents you add remain yours. You grant us only the rights needed to store,

display and process them to provide the service, as described in the Privacy

Policy. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload,

and for the accuracy of documents you submit to businesses.

Acceptable use

Do not use paperwork to store or transmit unlawful content, to submit forged

or fraudulent documents, to access another person's documents without

authority, or to probe or disrupt the service.

Businesses

When a business requests documents through paperwork, completing that request

shares the submitted documents with that business. The business is

responsible for its own handling of documents once received, as a data

fiduciary in its own right.

Availability and changes

paperwork is under active development. Features may change. We aim for high

availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, paperwork is provided "as is", and our

aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the

amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these

terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Termination

You may stop using paperwork and delete your account at any time. We may

suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra

have jurisdiction.
